This Privacy Disclaimer ("Addendum") forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions ("T&C") governing the use of Recrewty.com (the "Platform") and applies to all Subscribers (account owners) accessing candidate data through the Platform.
The Subscriber acknowledges that the Platform processes and makes available sensitive personal data, including but not limited to the results of assessments, psychometric evaluations, aptitude tests, and potential analyses (the "Candidate Data"). Such data is confidential and subject to data protection obligations under applicable privacy laws.
Recrewty undertakes to implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Candidate Data stored within its IT systems.
